How it works
- We drive real Thai tuk tuks. You always rent one with a driver.
- Our Big Fun tuk tuks have two three-seater benches: six children, or four to five adults per tuk tuk. We also have a three-seater tuk tuk.
- Larger group? Then we put several tuk tuks on the road at the same time.
- We drive all year round, rain included — there are rain covers and fleece blankets on board. Only heavy snow keeps us in.
- We drive 24 hours a day, as long as you book in advance.
Where we pick you up
We agree on the pick-up point together. Coming by car? The poffertjes stall at the Malieveld is convenient. By bus that is Hotel Corona at the Buitenhof, and by train Den Haag Centraal. We can also pick you up at your hotel.
Rent a tuk tuk for any occasion
Most of our guests rent a tuk tuk to see the city from the open side. Our city tour passes the Peace Palace, Noordeinde Palace, Plein 1813 and takes a lap around the Grote Kerk, where waving at the terraces is half the fun. We stop along the way and you step out, because that is when you really see and hear The Hague. If you would rather decide the route yourself, a fun ride takes you wherever you point.
You can just as easily rent a tuk tuk for a day that matters. For a wedding we drive the couple to the ceremony and on to the photo spots at Clingendael, the dunes or the Hofvijver. For a birthday or a bachelor party we bring a decorated tuk tuk with your own playlist. Companies book us for a corporate outing, for events and shuttle runs, or as a park and ride from the car park to the restaurant — handy for colleagues who fly into The Hague for a conference.
How long can you rent a tuk tuk?
One hour is the minimum. For a tour, ninety minutes or two hours works best; three hours is the maximum. For a wedding, a party, an event or a company day there is no maximum at all — half a day or a full day is normal. You can book any time of day, evenings included: the tuk tuks are lit up after dark, which is when the photos come out best.
What does it cost to rent a tuk tuk?
The price depends on how many tuk tuks you need, how long you want to drive and when. Tell us in your request how many of you there are, the date you have in mind and roughly how long the ride should last, and you will get a quote that fits your plan — usually within a day.
Renting a tuk tuk in The Hague and nearby
We drive throughout The Hague and also in Rijswijk, Voorburg, Leidschendam and Wassenaar. We have no fixed stand: the pick-up point is arranged per ride, following the rules of the municipality of The Hague. In practice we meet you at the poffertjes stall on the Malieveld if you come by car, at Hotel Corona on the Buitenhof if you arrive by coach, at Den Haag Centraal if you come by train, or simply at your hotel entrance.

Yes. There are rain covers and fleece blankets on board, so the ride goes ahead. Only heavy snow keeps the tuk tuks in the garage.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially at weekends and in summer. Short notice often works too, so call or message us and we will see what is still free.
