1. Who we are Tuk Tuk Den Haag (Huf & Go) is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy statement.

2. What we collect and why You can reach us through the booking form on this website, by email, phone or WhatsApp. Through the form we receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred date, number of people and your message. This information reaches us by email only and is not stored on the website. We use it solely to answer your question and to plan and run your tuk tuk ride.

3. How long we keep it We keep emails and records no longer than needed to carry out our rides, or as long as Dutch tax law requires.

4. Cookies Our website only uses technical and functional cookies, for example to load pages quickly and to remember your language. We do not use tracking cookies. For anonymous visitor statistics we use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode: analytics and advertising cookies are off by default, so no tracking cookies are set. At most, Google receives limited measurement data without cookies.

5. Other services Videos on our site are loaded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube only sets cookies once you play a video. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy also applies.

6. Your rights (GDPR) You have the right to see which personal data we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete it. Just send an email to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
