- Send us the basics. Headcount, preferred date and the kind of day you have in mind.
- Get a clear proposal. Usually within a day, with route, timings and a fixed price. No surprises afterwards.
- Sit back. We collect you from the office, the station or your hotel, and drop everyone at dinner or drinks at the end.
Ideas for your team building day in The Hague

Ride and walk for big groups (2 to 3 hours, up to about 45 people). We split the group: one half tours the city by tuk tuk, the other explores on foot with one of our own guides. Halfway through, everyone swaps, and then we bring the whole group back together for drinks.

How much does a corporate outing in The Hague cost?
Every outing is priced on the number of tuk tuks, the time you need us and what is in the programme. You get a fixed-price proposal up front, and the invoice, made out to your company, arrives by email a few days before the event. Send us your headcount and plans and you will normally have a quote within a day.

We are a big group. Can you take us all?
Yes, up to about 45 people with our ride-and-walk format: half the group tours by tuk tuk while the other half walks with our guide, then you swap. A good fit for a large staff outing.
Can the invoice be addressed to our company?
Of course. It is emailed to you a few days before the outing.
Can we brand the tuk tuks with our logo?
Yes. We fix your banners or promotional material to the tuk tuks, or theme them to match your event.
Are drinks allowed on board?
Yes.
Can you pick us up at our office or hotel?
Yes. Pick-up and drop-off are agreed with you: office, station, hotel or a park-and-ride on the edge of town. Hotel pick-ups are very common.
Is food included?
No, but we take you to the restaurant, bar or dinner venue of your choice.
Does it work as a team building activity?
Very well. On the city quiz, teams answer questions about The Hague along the route and compete for the win. The organiser gets the questions and answers via WhatsApp and can hand out a prize.
What happens if it rains?
We drive in all weather, all year round. The covers go down in the rain and blankets come out when it is cold. Only heavy snow keeps us off the road.
